Cancellation Policy

We know that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. While we do our best to be flexible, we also need to ensure fairness for both our clients and our business. Below is our cancellation policy to help keep things smooth for everyone.

Dog Walking & Drop-In Visits

Cancel 24+ hours in advance? No worries! You’ll get a full refund or credit toward a future service.
Less than 24 hours' notice? A 50% fee applies since we’ve reserved that time for you.
Same-day cancellations? The full amount will be charged, as we likely turned away other pets to hold your spot.

Pet Sitting (Overnight Stays & Extended Care)

Cancel 5+ days before? Full refund or credit—no problem!
Cancel 2-5 days before? 50% of the total booking fee applies.
Cancel less than 48 hours before? We’ll need to charge for the first night and 50% of the remaining balance.
Same-day cancellations? The full booking amount will be charged.

Emergency Cancellations

We totally get that unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel due to a family or medical emergency, extreme weather, or another serious situation, please reach out! We’ll do our best to work with you.

Bad Weather Policy

For dog walks: If the weather is unsafe (storms or extreme heat/cold), we may need to adjust or cancel for everyone’s safety. In this case, you’ll get a full credit or refund.
For drop ins and pet sitting stays: If severe weather makes travel impossible, we’ll work with you on a solution.

Refunds & Credits

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
If you'd prefer, we can apply a credit to your account for future services! Usually this works best for everyone.

Need to Modify Your Booking?

If your plans change but you still need our services, let us know ASAP and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
