Payment Policy 

To keep things simple and transparent, here’s an overview of how payments work for our services. We want to make sure everything is easy and stress-free for you, so feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

 

Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards via Square (Invoices sent directly to your email with a secure payment link).

  • Cash payments are also accepted. Please make sure to have the amount ready at the time of service.

Payments are due at the beginning of each week for services scheduled from Monday to Sunday. A weekly invoice will be sent to your email by Monday morning, and payment must be completed by Monday evening to confirm your services for the week.

 

Block Booking and Weekly Payment

To help keep things organised, we offer a weekly block booking for dog walking, pet sitting, or drop-in visits. Here’s how it works:

  1. Book your services for the upcoming week (Monday to Sunday).

  2. Receive your invoice by Monday morning with a secure payment link.

  3. Pay by Monday evening to ensure your services are confirmed.

  4. If you need to make any changes to the scheduled days/times, please let us know by Monday morning.

 

Plans Changing?

Life happens, and sometimes plans change! If you need to move or reschedule a service, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the changes, and any adjustments will be reflected in the following week’s payment.

If you need to cancel a service as outlined in our Cancellation Policy, you can either receive a refund or apply the value of the cancelled service as credit toward your next service. This way, you won’t lose out on any value, and we can continue caring for your pets in the future.

 

Cancellation Policy

Just a quick reminder that our Cancellation Policy, which you can review here, will apply to any cancellations or changes to your bookings. Please refer to the terms regarding cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and emergencies.
